We start by listening. In a complimentary consultation, we’ll talk through your needs, priorities, and what’s feeling most out of sync in your home, digital life, or business. From there, we’ll recommend a path forward—one that reflects your goals, your lifestyle, and your comfort level.
For clients who choose to move forward, we start by assessing the area, or areas, you hope to focus on—whether it’s physical space, photo collections, digital privacy, or business operations.
Following that visit, you’ll receive a written set of observations and recommendations outlining how we’ll approach the work.
Some clients begin with a single priority area, while others prefer a multi-phase approach. Whether the scope is focused or comprehensive, our process remains the same: hands-on, private, and personalized to your exact need.

How do I get started?

Do I have to hire you for all your services?
Absolutely not! In fact, a number of our Clients start with a single project like reconfiguring rooms after the kids are off to college or organizing thousands of photos hidden deep in a computer.
Many of our Clients realize how good an organized life feels, and ultimately continue with us on additional projects. There’s zero pressure, though. We work at your pace and what you’re most comfortable with.
How long does a project take?
That completely depends on the scale of the organizing project and what needs to be accomplished:
Typical Organizing & Space Optimization can range from a single session for a quick win (i.e., closet, pantry, etc.) while an entire home or one with extensive clutter can take a few weeks and several sessions.
Photo Management timing is based on the size of the collection and level of detail to the organizing you’d like (i.e., file labeling, custom storage, etc.). Small collections can range from a few hours to several days, while very large, complex projects can last several weeks.
Often Digital Privacy projects can be done relatively quickly, a few hours with more advanced security measures and monitoring may require more time and continuous attention.
Business Optimization Consulting can be complex and is completely dependent on the size of the organization and complexity of existing workflows and systems.
